WHAT A SATURDAY HERE LOOKS LIKE

Rio Bravo's yard turns into a full Oktoberfest for one day. Come for an hour or stay until the last band packs up.

NEW MEXICO BEER

Marzen and festbier brewed here in Albuquerque, plus guest taps from breweries around the state. Steins available at the gate.

GERMAN FOOD

Bratwurst, schnitzel, pretzels the size of your head, and a few green chile crossovers you will not find in Munich.

LIVE MUSIC ALL DAY

Traditional oompah in the afternoon, local bands into the evening. The dance floor is wherever you decide it is.

CONTESTS

Stein hoisting, keg rolling, a costume contest, and a masters bracket for anyone who took last year personally.

ONE DAY
ONLY.
MARK IT.

ON THE POUR LIST

Rio Bravo brews the festival lineup each year, joined by taps from across New Mexico.

FESTBIER

Golden, clean, dangerously easy in the afternoon sun. Brewed specifically for this weekend.

MARZEN

Amber, malty, the traditional Munich style. Order it in a liter if you plan to stay a while.

DUNKEL

Dark and toasty, and the right call once the sun drops behind the Sandias.

NOT DRINKING

Root beer, agua fresca, and coffee from an Albuquerque roaster. Nobody is stuck with water.

EVERY YEAR SINCE 2018

It started with a few kegs and a couple hundred people. It has grown every year but one.
